Applying the Secret Science of Sponsoring


APPLYING SCIENCE TO EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE

One of the most common problems net workers have in building their business is the inability to sponsor people they can work with and who want to work. I am asked almost weekly, "What's your secret to sponsoring?" The secret is actually a science. Mastering it has allowed me to effortlessly sponsor wonderful partners, triple my income, and buy a million-dollar house on Maui without hard work or struggle. 

The secret science is in understanding and using the law of attraction and intention

Recent research by Dr William Tiller; professor emeritus at Standford University, captured the attention of physicians and quantum physicists.Dr. Tiller scientifically demonstrated that humans can raise or lower the pH of water and even shorten the time it takes for fly lava to develop, all by the power of human intention - by concentrating on it and willing it to happen! The law of attraction simply states:

Everything, including human thought, is energy and is always pulsing a vibration, similar to radio waves. Since like attracts like, whatever you get in your life always matches what you are vibrating,
or broadcasting.

Here is the tricky part Your vibrations and what you attract is not about your words and your thoughts. It's about how your words and thoughts feel to you.

If you say "I have money," but what you feel is "I am broke," then what you are actually broadcasting is scarcity, regardless of the words you thought or spoke. Consequently, you will attract scarcity, because that is what you felt and broadcast.

If you feel as though you need to sponsor to make money, you're going to attract people who perceive you as someone who needs them so you can make money. They will perceive you as a user of others, and the people you attract will be users also.

The trick is to match your intent or desire with how you want to feel. Decide how you want to feel ahead of time, and spend energy convincing your soul to feel the way your mind wants it to feel. When you match up your intention (mind) with the corresponding feeling (soul) without conflict, by universal law your intended result has  to come to you.

The way to attract the type of people you want in your business is  to become a resonant match to that type of person. In other words, become the kind of person you want to recruit.

CREATING HARMONIOUS RESONANCE
The following is a simple three-step process that utilizes the law of attraction to sponsor people into your business. 
Commit to doing it for one week, and you'll see the results!
  1. Each day, write down what you want (related to sponsoring), why you want it, and how you want to feel. Make this your dominant intention by repeating to yourself until you feel congruity of thought and feeling. For example, "I want to attract the perfect partners for myself with ease and in the perfect time. I will have fun, be happy and abundant, no matter what!"
  2. Before you start calling prospects, write down your intended results.For example, "For these calls, I will attract only the perfect partners for myself with ease and at the perfect time I will have fun, be happy and abundant, no matter what!"
  3. Write down one experience you would like to have that you believe possible today. For example,
  • "I want to find someone with whom 
  • I will instantly connect because we share something in common.
  • I will have fun, be happy and abundant no matter what!
  • This will happen at the perfect time."
It is important that you feel good regardless of the actual outcome from your calls; and be sure to include "This will happen at the perfect time." Although you may not connect with anyone during your call session, four hours later you may make a fantastic surprise connection while grocery shopping!
If you practice this method daily, you will soon have the business you want with the people you want.

  1. Write down the characteristics you want in team members and how you want to feel about them.
  2. Repeat your intention to find them until you feel congruity between though and feeling.
  3. Know you will find them with ease and in the perfect time.
  4. Take action to find them with complete confidence and unlimited patience.
